30 June 2023
Hello everyone and welcome to another Friday. June is over and we move firmly into winter, at least with the knowledge that we’ve had the shortest day, so at least the nights will start drawing out.
On this day in history in 1938, Superman first appears in a comic book and in 1908 in Russia 80 million trees were flattened, by what was believed to be from the air burst of a meteoroid.
Tonight I’m off to support the Edenvale Activity and Drama Society by attending their performance in Edenvale of 3 one act plays. I’m also hoping to meet some actors who may want to get involved with one of my projects…more about that in a later newsletter.
If you are in Durban…
Beyond the Vale’s online partner, DotDot, will be attending the East Coast Radio House and Garden Show from 1 to 9 July
I would love to have gone and represented Beyond The Vale in person, but those great folks at DotDot asked me to send a sample of books that they can display on their stand.
Give them a visit if you can!
Check out our books on their website here.
