Teenage years are an exciting, complicated and yet quite confusing period in anyone’s life. Teenagers experience many changes and the truth is that most do not understand what is going on with them. Some experience negative feelings, which can grow into an illness that we call depression. This illness usually has a gradual start, initially with mild symptoms and before anyone notices, the symptoms can dominate life completely.
This book has been written to fill in the missing information in a question and answer based narrative to make the science, the reasoning and the treatments easy to understand.
- Learn the symptoms of depression and measure how severe your symptoms are with an easy to use test.
- Learn how external and internal factors can impact on a teenager.
