I flip properties for pleasure and for profit!
By taking unloved and neglected properties, I recognise their potential and renovate them in the shortest possible time, then sell them on to appreciative new owners.
I have always loved improving the properties I have lived in, renovated and then sold.
With all my 35 years of collective knowledge and experience in this field, gained over most of my adult life – being involved in and working in the various fields of interior decorating, antiques, paint techniques, and picture framing, I came full circle to do the one thing that I have always wanted to do – and that was ‘flip’ properties!
I also have experience in the buying and selling of properties as an agent, so I have the legal and professional knowledge of the complete process here in South Africa – it does differ somewhat in other countries.
My goal is to help people interested in investing in property to gain financial growth by maximising on their investment.
It gives me great pleasure to be able to do this with the book you now have – so enjoy the journey – not always easy, but the end result is always very satisfying and hugely rewarding!
