New schools of magic are being built by King Hassian of the Federation to enrol their arcane gifted children. And yet there are problems abound. Three mayors are replaced in three different cities, far away from each other.
Ships from the Kingdom were attacked by sea creatures and by the fishfolk from the Makaran islands.
And yet the problems are about to get bigger.

The purple skinned, ash-blonde hair, Tylwyth Teg and the mysterious Elder are summoning the gods of darkness to rule the material plane. A rip in the sky, a tear in the fabric of reality appears and is growing.

About the author
Banished is Liezel Higginson’s debut novel. She started writing it in 2017 after her younger brother introduced her to tabletop Dungeons and Dragons 5e. They still play as a family at least once every two months.
Before pursuing her dream of making writing her full-time career, Liezel was a draughts-man in the mechanical and Structural steel industry for many years. Before the Covid Pandemic, she moved to Randburg and married her second husband. She was a stay-at-home mom for two years until her youngest daughter started daycare in January of 2023.
She started working as a ghostwriter, and the subsequent success she found there, rekindled the passion she needed to finish this novel.
When she’s not writing, she loves to read. Her favourite authors are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Melanie Rawn and Jim Butcher.
